I thoroughly enjoyed the place due to good staff and location. The restaurant was good for choice in the restaurant and for every budget. Such a pleasant overnight stay in a truly wonderful location.

The place provides reasonable prices, had a great stay in a long time. The venue is clean, with unbeatable location short walk to Keswick, the centre and Keswick's Skiddaw.

Pleasant staff and brand-new rooms, we had a nice experience.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Keswick.

The venue is homely, it offers savoury breakfast and has brilliant location not far from Keswick and bus stop and kendal.

I enjoyed the handy position of the hotel, the staff were hard-working. The staff did all they can for a perfect stay. The small room was perfect and warm. Welcoming reception. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The property was recently renovated and we had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was awesome, location was ideal, staff was outstanding. Got the same double room booked online, really enjoyed that. And it was cosy and had a lovely bed.

Old-fashioned place overall, it is clean, location is perfect near bus stop.

It was a VERY LOVELY experience in a dog friendly hotel. Staff and service were first class and I especially loved that the place was fairly clean. And it also had glorious view.

I had really comfortable days staying at this handicap accessible hotel. Fab location, clean, exceptionally comfortable bed, obliging staff. I loved a simple decor and brand new furniture. Enjoyable breakfast options, the food was lovely! Gorgeous views and attractive garden. For sure, free wifi worked well in public areas.

Perfect for 2 nights in Keswick When I arrived the host was lovely. The service was good too. Very suitable for business guests.
